These previews show the guide, templates, and tracker this kit is built to include. The files are not available until the kit is ready.

- Step-by-step PDF guide written for this exact problem
- Editable templates & scripts in Word (opens in Google Docs too)
- A working tracker in Excel or Google Sheets
- Included files: keep it and reuse it whenever the problem returns
Who it is for
Built for the exact moment this starts costing money, trust, or time.
Owners and office managers who received a consumer request to know, delete, correct, opt out, or limit personal information and need a file before anyone replies.
This helps when
- telling a delete, know, or correct request apart from an opt-out or a limit request, because the published clocks differ
- confirming receipt without attaching a spreadsheet of personal information
- logging identity checks you already use, instead of collecting a new pile of identity documents
- handing an authorized agent or a lawyer letter to counsel before a substantive answer
- keeping vendor instructions in the same file as the consumer reply
What this solves
A practical path from “what do I do now?” to a clear next action.
Use the guide, scripts, and tracker to organize the facts, choose the next move, and keep follow-up from slipping.
What you will be able to do
- A labeled request and a counsel question, or a cleared receipt.
- A counsel cover or a receipt with no personal-information attachment.
- One row with the received time and the next owner.
How each file is used
- Read the two clocks, the counsel stop, and the worked example.
- The paths, the matrix, and the scripts.
- Dates, systems, vendors, and the message you sent.
Included inside
- Step-by-step operating guide
- Emergency first-action checklist
- Copy-paste scripts or templates
- Tracker or worksheet for follow-through

Does this guarantee an outcome?
This is an organizing toolkit, not legal advice. Counsel decides whether the CCPA applies, whether an exception fits, and what to send. The kit does not grant or deny a request.
When can the CCPA revenue test apply?
The CPPA page Updated Monetary Thresholds in CCPA says Civil Code section 1798.140(d)(1)(A), the annual gross revenue amount in the definition of a business, is $26,625,000 effective January 1, 2025, and that the amount is adjusted every odd-numbered year. The statute also lists two other tests: buying, selling, or sharing the personal information of 100,000 or more consumers or households, or deriving 50 percent or more of annual revenue from selling or sharing personal information. This kit does not decide which test a business meets. Sources: https://cppa.ca.gov/regulations/cpi_adjustment.html and https://cppa.ca.gov/faq.html
