Business Fix Kits is not a content mill and not a face-less template shop. It is an operator library built by Treven, who runs marketing, product, and day-to-day operations at a multi-million-dollar family manufacturing company.
Scale that had to be earned
That company grew more than tenfold in three years. The work was marketing systems, partnerships, influencers, fulfillment, and the unglamorous fixes in between.
Separate from the family company
Business Fix Kits is a Kent Holdings product. Fusion Precision Engineering LLC is the family business. Different books. Same operator habit: name the leak, write the file, move.

Kits are educational and operational. They do not promise reinstatement, collections, or profit. If we cannot use it ourselves, it does not ship.
Why the kits look like this
Treven’s week is still vendor timing, ads that look fine while cash shrinks, fulfillment exceptions, partner deals, and systems that have to survive a real crew. The kits are the same shape as those files: one problem, one clock, templates you can hand to someone.
That is why we start with the loud number (sales, ROAS, return rate) and force the leftover dollars. It is how he already has to think.

How we publish
