Who this is

These kits come from someone who has to make the business work on Monday.

Business Fix Kits is not a content mill and not a face-less template shop. It is an operator library built by Treven, who runs marketing, product, and day-to-day operations at a multi-million-dollar family manufacturing company.

Operator, not theorist

CMO plus product development and operations at Fusion Precision Engineering LLC, a family company. He builds the systems and still solves the daily breaks.

Scale that had to be earned

That company grew more than tenfold in three years. The work was marketing systems, partnerships, influencers, fulfillment, and the unglamorous fixes in between.

Separate from the family company

Business Fix Kits is a Kent Holdings product. Fusion Precision Engineering LLC is the family business. Different books. Same operator habit: name the leak, write the file, move.

No fake outcome claims

Kits are educational and operational. They do not promise reinstatement, collections, or profit. If we cannot use it ourselves, it does not ship.

Why the kits look like this

Treven’s week is still vendor timing, ads that look fine while cash shrinks, fulfillment exceptions, partner deals, and systems that have to survive a real crew. The kits are the same shape as those files: one problem, one clock, templates you can hand to someone.

That is why we start with the loud number (sales, ROAS, return rate) and force the leftover dollars. It is how he already has to think.

What you will not see

  • Exact family-company revenue
  • A promise that a $49 kit will print money
  • Legal, tax, or platform-outcome guarantees
  • A faceless “team of 40 experts”

How we publish

Guides are researched against primary sources (agency guidance, platform policies, processor rules) and pressure-tested against real operator work before they go live. Pages are dated. If a rule changes, we update it.

Questions: contact. Account: log in.

Editorial standards

  • Primary sources, not other blogs
  • No invented statistics
  • Deadlines framed “verify yours”
  • Templates and education, not advice
