Selling stopped, or a policy complaint is sitting on the account. Save the notice, name which one it is, and put one plan of action together before you reply. The $49 kit on this page is the Section 3 file. Other notices are routed below. Amazon decides what happens next.

Evidence
A reviewer should see the same facts in the notice and in the files. Send the records that answer the notice you got, not every document on the drive.

The kit in the header is the Section 3 reactivation file. Use the kits below when the notice is an IP complaint, an authenticity complaint, INFORM Act verification, or an A-to-z claim. Keep each case in its own folder.

Save the notice inside Seller Central, including the case ID, the exact wording, and any deadline. Name whether it is a Section 3 deactivation, an IP complaint, a product authenticity complaint, INFORM Act verification, or an A-to-z claim. Gather only the records that answer that notice, send one plan of action through the path Amazon showed, and keep open orders on cleared facts. Do not open a second selling account.
Read the words in the authenticated notice. A Section 3 deactivation cites the selling agreement and usually stops the account. An IP complaint names a trademark, copyright, patent, or counterfeit issue on a listing. An authenticity complaint asks for invoices and supplier proof on named ASINs. INFORM Act verification asks for legal name, tax, bank, address, or contact records. An A-to-z claim is about one buyer order. Keep those files separate.
Start with the notice and a screenshot of account status. Then add only what that notice asks for: identity records for Section 3, invoices and any real authorization for an IP or authenticity complaint, matching tax and bank records for INFORM Act verification, or the order page, tracking, and buyer messages for an A-to-z claim. Redact numbers you do not need to show. Do not invent or alter a document.

INFORM Act verification: https://businessfixkits.com/blog/amazon-inform-consumers-act-verification-checklist. A-to-z claims: https://businessfixkits.com/blog/amazon-a-to-z-claim-response-evidence-small-business. There is no separate free guide for an IP complaint. Use the Amazon IP Complaint Plan of Action Kit for that notice.
Buy it at https://businessfixkits.com/products/amazon-section-3-account-reactivation-kit. It is a one-time $49 purchase, checked out with Stripe. After checkout you get an instant download: a PDF walkthrough, editable templates and scripts, and a tracker for the notice, evidence, appeal, and follow-up. It is educational. It does not guarantee reactivation.
No. Amazon decides account, listing, verification, and claim outcomes, and when. These kits organize the file so you can submit one factual response. They are not legal advice and they do not replace Amazon's policies.
Use it when Amazon is not the only marketplace down. The bundle packages the Section 3, authenticity, and IP kits with the Walmart Marketplace Suspension Appeal Plan Kit and the eBay Seller Restriction + Payout Hold Appeal Kit. It does not include the INFORM verification kit or the A-to-z kit. The current bundle price is on this page. It does not guarantee reinstatement on any marketplace.
All-Access is $29/mo at the Founding Member rate, locked for life while you keep the membership. It includes the current kit library, including these Amazon kits, while the membership is active. Cancel anytime. After the founding window closes, new members pay $39/mo. If you only need the Section 3 file, the $49 one-time kit is the direct purchase. The A-to-z kit is $39. A one-time kit is yours to keep. Membership access lasts while the membership is active.
Important fit note
This hub is an educational first-48-hour path for a real selling account. Amazon decides whether an account, listing, or claim changes, and when. Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here is permission to invent invoices, alter documents, or open a second account.
Secure Stripe checkout. All-Access ($29/mo founding) includes every download.
